SYED HASHIM ALI

Director/Chief Financial Officer

Hashim, fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), is a dynamic and high performing management professional consistently promoted to positions of increased responsibility. He started his professional career PwC (locally A.F. Ferguson & Co) and joined industry in 2004 where his performance has always been remarkable. During his career roles, he has performed exceptionally well in the areas of Accounting, Budgeting, Corporate Financing, and Financial Modeling, Revenue Assurance and Taxation Planning. He has participated in Business Acquisition and Divestment projects, handled rescheduling of debts and raising finance for corporate organizations.

Currently serving as a member on Board of Directors of Telecard Limited, Telecard E Solutions Private Limited and Telegateway Limited and is also holding office of Group CFO with the responsibility of managing finance functions of Telecard, Supernet and the other group companies.

Hashim also volunteers for social works and is a member of Rotary Club Karachi Sharqi.

WASEEM AHMAD

Director/Company Secretary

He has a vast experience in corporate law, he has been associated with Telecard Limited since 2006, steadily climbing the corporate ladder, he is currently serving as Director/Company Secretary for the company. His holds key proficiency in matters related to legal issues corporate issues and business planning, making him one of the key members in the management.

SYED AAMIR HUSSAIN

Chief Executive Officer

He is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and has been associated with the Company for over twenty years. He has an MBA degree from USA, and is member of various management and marketing associations. His management and leadership qualities are a source of inspiration for his team. He has been concentrating on revenue generating streams, which have resulted in establishing sound foundation for the organization.

TIPU SAEED KHAN

Director

He has been associated with the company since 2007, previously he has also served as Federal Board of Revenue FBR as Deputy Commissioner (Inland Revenue Service). He holds a MSc degree in Financial Management with Economics from Middlesex University London United Kingdom. He has a vast finance background helping him to take on matter related with handling finance and accompanying technicalities. His good nature is a source of motivation for his team.
